For the acquisition of bonds the investors shall fill out the Bond Acquisition Application/s/ in accordance with the specified procedure and submit it/them properly to ARMECONOMBANK OJSC. To purchase the bonds individuals and legal entities shall apply to ARMECONOMBANK OJSC Head office or any branch of the Bank.
After filling out the Bond Acquisition Application and its proper submission to ARMECONOMBANK OJSC, but not later than by 16:00 of the same working day, the person willing to buy bonds shall make payment for the bonds to the account number 163003841265 opened at ARMECONOMBANK OJSC.
The Bank is entitled with the right of tax agent to calculate and pay the income tax (10%) prescribed by the law from the interests received against the bonds.
We should remind that according to the RA law on ‘’ Guaranteeing the recovery of Individuals’ bank deposits’’ the monetary funds attracted under the nominal coupon bonds issued by the Bank are considered as guaranteed bank deposits and are guaranteed by ‘’ Deposit Guarantee Fund’’.
