ARMECONOMBANK OJSC has successfully completed the placement of USD bonds with 5.00% annual coupon yield.
The circulation period of the bonds is 24 months. The coupon income payment is made quarterly.
The volume of the issue amounts to USD 2,000,000.
The coupon bond redemption will take place on 25 July 2018.
It is intended that that the bonds will be listed օn NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA and will have a market maker.
The coupon bonds’ income payment and the bonds’ repayment shall be implemented by the following schedule:
