• 9.5% stable interest rate (annual actual interest rate - 10-11.74%)
• Up to 7.5 years redemption period
• No commission fee
• Up to 2 years of grace period for the repayment of the Principle

*The pledged property appraisal expenses, insurance expenses, expenses related to notarization of the pledge agreement and state registration are included in the calculation of the actual interest rate.
