Armeconombank has completed the placement process of regular tranches of AMD bonds with an annual coupon yield of 11.00% and USD bonds with an annual coupon yield of 5.00%.

The circulation period of bonds is 36 months, and the payment of coupon income will be carried out in semi-annual intervals.

The volume of placed bonds amounts to AMD 1,000,000,000 and USD 7,500,000.

The repayment of bonds will be carried out on October 3 2025.

The bonds will be submitted to listing at “Armenia Securities Exchange” OJSC and will be a market maker.
