During the extraordinary meeting of the Bank’s shareholders on April 21 2023  a decision has been made to carry out a division of the Bank's ordinary shares in the ratio of 1 share to 5 shares, as a result of which the nominal value of 1 share makes AMD 2080, and the number of issued and allocated shares amounts to 10,008,550.
