Artak Arakelyan, former Deputy CEO-Treasurer, was appointed Acting CEO of ARMECONOMBANK OJSC at the Board held on 15 June 2023.

Earlier, on 9 June, the powers of Aram Khachatryan as the Chief Executive Officer were terminated. He was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board and representative of minority shareholders.
