Armeconombank OJSC completed the distribution of subsequent issues of AMD and USD bonds.

The total volume of AMD bonds  placed amounts to AMD 1,500,000,000, AMD bonds with 10.25% annual coupon yield and USD bonds with a volume of USD 3,500,000 with  5.00% annual coupon yield.

The circulation period of bonds is 36 months, and the payment of coupon income will be made in semi-annual intervals. 

The repayment bonds will be made on 22 July 2027.

The bonds will be submitted to listing on "Armenia Stock Exchange" OJSC and will have a market maker.

The payment of coupon income of bonds and the repayment of bonds will be carried out by the following schedule:

• The funds involved by nominal coupon bonds issued by the Bank are considered a guaranteed bank deposit and are guaranteed by the "Deposit Guarantee Fund" in accordance with RA law “On Guarantee of Remuneration of Bank Deposits of Physical Entities”.
• Until 31 December 2024, coupon income paid for the bonds listed in "Armenia Stock Exchange" OJSC is not subject to taxation.
• As any financial instrument, acquisition of bonds also implies certain risks that are presented in Prospectus.
