ARMECONOMBANK CJSC has completed the placement of AMD-denominated bonds ahead of schedule

Armeconombank OJSC completed the distribution AMD bonds issued on 03.03.2025.

In total, AMD-denominated bonds with a volume of AMD 3,000,000,000 and annual coupon yield of 11.00% have been placed.

The circulation period of bonds is 36 months, and the payment of coupon income will be made in semi-annual intervals.

The repayment bonds will be made on 03 March 2028.

The bonds will be submitted to listing on "Armenia Stock Exchange" OJSC and will have a market maker.

The payment of coupon income of bonds and the repayment of bonds will be carried out by the following schedule:

1^st payment of coupon income	03/09/2025
2^nd payment of coupon income	03/03/2026
3^rd payment of coupon income	03/09/2026
4^th payment of coupon income	03/03/2027
5^th payment of coupon income	03/09/2027
6^th payment of coupon income and repayment of nominal value	03/03/2028
