Within the “Affordable housing to servicemen” state target program ARMECONOMBANK grants mortgage loan to servicemen with the aim of purchasing a real estate from primary market with state subsidy and income tax refund, under the following terms:

• Annual nominal interest rate : 11%
• Subsidized interest rate: 5%
• Effective annual interest rate: up to 8.14%
• Maximum loan amount: AMD 25,650,000
• Loan tenor: up to 20 years
