At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of ARMECONOMBANK OJSC held on June 13 of this year, the new composition of the Bank’s Board was approved. 

At the Board meeting held after the General Meeting, Saribek Sukiasyan was reelected as Chairman of the Board. Hrant Suvaryan was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Board, and Luiza Petrosyan was elected as Secretary of the Board.
