• Currency- AMD
• Annual interest rate – starting from 9.8 %
• Loan term- up to 20 years
• Prepayment –starting from 10% (only with the pledge of a property to be acquired)

Within the framework of this cooperation the customers, when applying for the mortgage loan, have an opportunity to provide only 10% of previously required 30% prepayment. Hereinafter, the pledge of an additional real estate is not required. With a 20% pre-payment, the client can make prepayment insurance through SIL INSURANCE ICJSC and secure only the acquired property.
