The circulation period of the bonds is 36 months. The coupon income payment is made quarterly.
The volume of the issue amounts to AMD 1,000,000,000.
The coupon bond redemption will take place on May 3, 2022.
It is intended that the bonds will be listed on “Armenia Securities Exchange” OJSC and will have a market maker.
The coupon bonds’ income payment and the repayment of bonds’ shall be implemented in compliance with following schedule:
