The circulation period of the bonds is 36 months. The coupon income payment is made quarterly.
The volume of the issue amounts to USD 3,000,000.
The coupon bond redemption will take place on 03 May 2022
It is envisaged that the bonds will be listed on “ARMENIA Securities Market” OJSC and will have a market maker.
