ARMECONOMBANK OJSC has reconsidered the terms of microcredits for apartments granted for the renovation of a residential real estate, as a result the interest rates of the given loan type have been reduced.

The annual interest rate of the Loan is 10.9%. In case of the renovation of a real estate acquired within the framework the social housing program of ‘’YSU Alumni association ’’  NGO the annual interest rate will be 10%.

The loan is granted:

• In AMD
• With 60 moths tenor
• With 6-12 months grace period

If more than 50% of the loan amount is directed to the acquisition of materials / supplies for energy efficiency (outside window, door, heating system, solar water heater and other energy –efficient and thermal insulation materials) a grant will be provided at the rate of 10% of the credit amount which shall be directed to the repayment of the loan's principal amount.
