At least 3 years of work experience in banking, including at least 1 year of work experience in the field of sales of banking products  
Job responsibilities 
• Implementation of activities towards the attraction of new customers.
• Based on the feedback received from customers, development, summary and submission of the set of recommendations on improvement of the competitiveness of product terms offered by the Bank to the Head of Division.
• Analysis of existing customer base, identification of customer demands, segmentation of target groups, development of a set of products per target customer groups, submission to the Head of Division and organization of sales process.
• Analysis of external databases of potential customers, identification of target customers, segmentation of target customer groups, development of a set of products per target customer groups, submission to the Head of Division and organization of sales process.
• Drawing up a list of priorities of the Bank’s target customers, visits, meetings and negotiations with potential customers, identification of the latters’ demands, drawing up packages of relevant products, submission to the Head of Division and organization of sales process.
• Implementation of salary projects, market study, attraction of new companies and cardholders.
• Conducting negotiations with partners.
• Undertaking steps for the implementation of cooperation projects with potential partners.
• Undertaking measures aimed at promoting the sales of the Bank's products in the Bank's territorial and structural subdivisions, support in the sales promotion process.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
