Chief specialist of the Division of Operations with Securities
Required education
Higher economic education
Required work experience
At least 3 years of work experience in the appropriate field
Job responsibilities
• Implementation of works related to operations with securities,
• Monitoring, analysis and forecast of securities market,
• Allocation of free resources and attraction of resources within the framework of current liquidity of the bank,
• Fulfillment of liabilities and responsibilities of a market market maker, including implementation of bilateral quotations,
• Organization and implementation of processes of issue and placement of securities,
• Preparation of contracts or applications and attached documents for the provision of investment and government bond custody services, securities operations,
• Preparation of reports submitted to the CBA and the Bank management.

Professional knowledge and skills
• Knowledge of the RA banking legislation and legal acts (regulations) of the CB
• Availability of a certificate of provision of investment services issued by the Union of Banks,
• Presence of CFA or ACI Dealing certificates will be considered as an advantage,
• Analytical thinking skills,
• Negotiation skills,
• Ability to quickly orientate in different situations,
• Ability to make decisions and offer optimal solutions,
• Written and oral communication skills,
• Organizational skills time management and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Ability to work in a team
