In the period from 3 March to 18 June 2025, Armeconombank will distribute the subsequent tranches of USD and AMD bonds issued by it.
The total volume of AMD bonds amounts to AMD 3.0bn, which includes 300,000 units of nominal, non-documentary coupon bonds with a nominal value of AMD 10,000. The annual coupon yield of bonds is 11.00%, the circulation period is 36 months. The payment of coupon income will be made in semi-annual intervals. The date for repaying AMD-denominated donds is 03.03.2028.
The overall volume of USD bonds to be placed is USD 10.0m, which includes
- 50,000 units of nominal, non-documentary, coupon bonds with a nominal value of USD 100. The annual coupon yield of bonds is 6.25%, the circulation period is 60 months. The payment of coupon income will be made in semi-annual intervals. The repayment date of bonds is 03.03.2030.
- 50,000 units of nominal, non-documentary, coupon bonds with a nominal value of USD 100. The annual coupon yield of bonds is 5.50%, the circulation period is 36 months. The payment of coupon income will be made in semi-annual intervals. The repayment date of bonds is 03.03.2028.
The payment of coupon income will be made in semi-annual intervals.
After the completion of the placement, the bonds will be submitted to listing on "Armenia Stock Exchange" OJSC and will have a market maker.
The Program Prospectus of bonds was registered by the Central Bank of Armenia on 19 June 2024.The electronic versions of the Program Prospectus and the final terms of issue can be downloaded from the bank’s website, and the paper version can be obtained by visiting the Head Office of ARMECONOMBANK OJSC, address: Yerevan, Amiryan 23/1.
Bonds can be purchased by individuals and legal entities by applying to the Head Office or any of the branches of ARMECONOMBANK OJSC.
*We remind you that in accordance with the RA Law "On Guaranteeing the Bank Deposits of Natural Persons", funds attracted by nominal coupon bonds issued by the Bank are considered a guaranteed bank deposit and are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
