Required steps to participate in the program
Log in to the AEB MOBILE app or the AEB ONLINE system.
From the menu section, select AEB REWARDS.
Accept the terms and conditions of participation in the program.
- Participation in the program is free.
- My Rewards points can be earned through the following card types issued by the Bank: ArCa Classic, Mastercard Standard, Mastercard Standard Digital, VISA Classic Digital, Mastercard Gold, VISA Classic, VISA Gold, VISA Infinite (including metal), and VISA Platinum (including metal) when making non-cash transactions.
- My Rewards points are calculated after the processing and settlement of transactions by the Bank within 5 (five) business days and become available for use from the moment they are added to the My Rewards account.
- The Bank accrues My Rewards Points based on the type of activity of the party receiving the payment and the location of the transaction (local or international), in accordance with the rates set by the Bank (MCC - Merchant Category Code). Participants can familiarize with these rates here.
* Rewards points are not awarded for cash withdrawals from ATMs, POS terminals, telecommunication services (telephone, internet, TV), casino and gambling, betting, fees for government services, fines, payments imposed by law, compulsory payments, charitable donations, or tax and duty payments to state and local budgets.
