Responsible duty-operator at Customer Support Center /night-shift/
Responsibilities
- Answering the customers calls
- Receiving and processing callback requests through the Bank's website, responding to messages sent to the Bank's website, Facebook, and Instagram pages
- Providing information to customers regarding the services and products offered by the Bank and implementation of sales
- Compilation of proposals aimed at improvement of customer service and service provision and submission to the Head of Division
- Observing suspicious transactions generated by “Fraud-monitoring” subsystem of “SmartVista” system
- Participation to other activities of the Division

Necessary Education
Necessary Work Experience
Working experience in the banking sector will be considered as an advantage

Armenian- excellent
English and Russian- good
