Senior Full Stack .NET Developer 

• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC/Web API.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and query optimization.
• Expertise in React.js.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with unit/integration testing on both backend and frontend.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and lead technical initiatives.
• Prior experience in banking/fintech solutions is a plus.

• Lead the design, development, and support of new and existing business solutions.
• Develop modern, responsive web interfaces using React.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and unit testing.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to define solution design.
• Mentor and guide junior/middle engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth, perform regular code reviews.
• Drive improvements in application performance, security, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with modern .NET ecosystem and emerging technologies to introduce best practices.
• Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years of professional experience in full stack development with .NET and modern JS frameworks.
