Teghenis Sky Race 2025 Held Under the Sponsorship of Armeconombank

On October 18 of this year, the Open Sky Running Championship of Armenia — Teghenis Sky Race 2025 — took place in the village of Yeghipatrush, Aragatsotn region. The general sponsor of the event was Armeconombank.

The main goal of the championship is to promote the development of the sport and strengthen the culture of a healthy lifestyle in Armenia.

More than 100 professional athletes and amateur runners from various regions of Armenia, as well as from Iran and Russia, participated in the race. Among them were also employees of Armeconombank.

The participants successfully conquered the route leading to the peak of Mount Teghenis, demonstrating the spirit of competition and determination to persevere.

“This is one of the top sporting tourism events, as it attracts mass participation and contributes to the promotion of Armenia’s visibility,” said Hovhannes Martirosyan - President of the Armenian Mountain Guides Association.

The championship concluded with an awarding ceremony, during which 6 winners — three women and three men — received prizes from Armeconombank.
