Recently, there has been an increase in fraud cases related to alleged improvements of 5G mobile connectivity.

Fraudsters contact individuals by phone, posing as representatives of mobile network operators and offering to improve the quality of their 5G connection.

They then encourage customers to follow links provided by them. Through these links, fraudsters may gain unauthorized access to your mobile device and banking information. Within minutes, they may apply for a loan in your name or transfer funds from your accounts to third parties.

Your financial security is a top priority for Armeconombank.

The Bank urges customers to:

‼ Be cautious of any offers related to 5G connectivity and mobile phone configuration. If you receive such a call, end the conversation and contact your mobile operator directly to verify the authenticity of the offer.

‼ Do not follow suspicious links and never share your banking details with third parties.

To help protect yourself from financial fraud and scams, please review the information security guidelines of Armeconombank.

If you notice any suspicious activity, please contact us immediately at 86 86.
