I confirm that the reflection of this transaction in the card or bank account statement provided to me in a manner and periodically agreed upon with the Bank in advance is considered confirmation of my receipt of the money transfer amount. I also accept that in case of impossibility of identification based on the data provided by me, the Bank has the right to refuse to provide the money transfer payment service, moreover, the Bank`s failure to provide me with any notification regarding the provision of the service in any way is considered a refusal to provide the service.
