My Transfer is a platform for depositing transfers from abroad into the account which includes transfers receiving through fast money transfer systems
In case of compliance with the established requirements, the transfer is paid to the account within one banking day, and in case of non-compliance, the payment of the transfer is not made and the customer is informed about it by phone call or SMS message.
If the currency of the transferred amount differs from the currency of the account, the amount is converted to the currency of the account at the exchange rate set for this service at the moment in the Bank.
Messages or phone calls by the Bank are received/ made every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
