Online Bond Acquisition via AEB Mobile

As part of expanding its range of digital services, Armeconombank offers the AEB Mobile application and AEB Online system users the opportunity to acquire AMD-denominated and USD-denominated bonds issued by Armeconombank.

Main Terms of the Bond Offering:

For AMD-Denominated Bonds

• Annual yield: 10.50%
• Maturity: 36 months
• Nominal value: AMD 10,000
• Issue volume: AMD 3.0 billion
• Offer period: from September 30 of the current year until February 28, 2026

USD-Denominated Bonds

• Annual yield: 5.50%
• Maturity: 36 months
• Nominal value: USD 100
• Issue volume: USD 5.0 million
• Offer period: from September 17 of the current year until February 17, 2026

Coupon payments are made semiannually.

Bonds may be acquired by both individuals and legal entities.
