“Customer-Centric Sales”: Armeconombank Summarizes the Results of the Training Program
To develop customer-oriented service skills and promote the growth of effective sales, more than 200 employees of Armeconombank participated in a training course titled “Customer-Centric Sales.” The course, which started on October 13, was conducted by Mikayel Dallakyan, Founder and Director of BeWise Academy.
“Equipping employees with professional knowledge is an important priority for Armeconombank. That is why professional development at our bank is a continuous process. This time, the focus was on enhancing the effectiveness of using cross-selling tools, and therefore we decided to involve mostly those employees from our branch network who are directly engaged in customer service. At the same time, we selected the best specialists in the field who could competently and purposefully deliver the necessary knowledge to our staff,” noted Vahe Ghazaryan, Deputy CEO for Operations at Armeconombank.
“We prepared extensively for the implementation of this course, jointly developing the training content with the trainers and adapting it specifically to promote the sales of banking products. Within the framework of a customer-centric approach and service, our employees improved their abilities to identify and differentiate customers, choose the appropriate communication format, and carry out cross-selling. This was a symbolic training for us, as it marked the launch of Armeconombank’s new training center, which is intended to become an important platform for the continuous development of our employees,” added Mariam Gevorgyan, Head of the HR Management and Training Programs Division at Armeconombank.
Highlighting the importance of cultivating a customer-focused culture throughout its branch network, Armeconombank regularly initiates training programs for employees aimed at promoting the improvement of service quality.
