Specialist for New Technologies Introduction and Maintenance Division of the Information Technologies Department

Responsibilities

• Study of the Bank's regulations, in accordance with job position requirements, for the purpose of performing the function of granting access rights to banking application systems
• Administering the Bank's application systems and supporting the users, participating  in the processes of the management and control of the mentioned systems as well 
• Supporting the Bank’s employees during the application of the banking software

• Ability to orientate yourself quickly in different situations
• Decision making skills and ability to offer optimal solutions
• Written and oral communication skills
• Organizational skills- time planning and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure

Necessary Education

Higher Education in Business Management, Finance or other related fields

Necessary Work Experience

At least 6 years of work experience  

Necessary Technical Skills

Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel programs

Necessary Languages

Armenian-excellent, good knowledge of English and Russian languages
