Employees of Armeconombank have successfully completed the two-month intensive training course “Application of Leasing as a Financial Instrument,” organized in cooperation with the Lessors’ Association of Armenia and Partners Invest Consulting Company.
The comprehensive 12-module program aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge in the areas of leasing transaction structuring, risk management, funding mechanisms, and legislative updates. The course combined both theoretical and practical components, including the development of sales and negotiation skills, cross-selling mechanisms, and the evaluation of leasing projects.
During the certificate awarding ceremony, Artyom Baghdasaryan, Head of Customer Engagement and Product Development Department at Armeconombank, noted:
“Armeconombank is currently preparing to launch leasing operations. To ensure the effective implementation of this financial instrument, we aim to strengthen our employees’ professional knowledge. We are grateful to the President of the Lessors’ Association of Armenia for conducting such an informative and comprehensive training. I am confident that our employees will apply the knowledge gained in their daily work.”
In his remarks, Arsen Bazikyan, President of the Lessors’ Association of Armenia, emphasized the importance of the ongoing consultancy and expressed confidence in Armeconombank’s potential:
