On October 13, at Armeconombank’s new Training Center — a specially equipped, comfortable, and inspiring environment — a training course titled Customer-Oriented Sales was launched for the Bank’s employees.
The course aim is to develop participants’ customer-oriented mindset and enhance sales efficiency by studying clients’ needs and expectations. Distinguishing between different customer types, choosing effective communication formats, and applying cross-selling tools — these are among the key skills that working teams should continuously develop.
The course is conducted by Mikael Dallakyan - Founder and Director of BEWISE Academy, who regularly shares his professional experience and practical examples during the sessions.
