Leasing Provision Specialist

• The study of leasing applications submitted by lessees, and the implementation of control over the completeness and authenticity of the documents submitted by lessees.
•  Preparation of cash flow, income-expense reports, and balance sheets based on the instructions of the head of division.
• Preparation of conclusions on leasing applications based on the results of financial analysis.
• Monitoring the timely fulfillment of leasing obligations by lessees.
• Providing necessary information to bank clients regarding leasing terms.
• Attracting new clients.
• Ongoing monitoring of the targeted use of granted leases.
• Formation of leasing packages, collecting necessary documents.
• Presenting leasing packages to the Credit Committee for review.
• Handling overdue leasing payments.

Higher education (Economic or Technical education)

At least 1 year in Leasing

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word programs  

Armenian-excellent, good knowledge of Russian and English languages
