Chief Legal Advisor 

•  Implementation of works aimed at protecting the Bank's property and non-property rights, repaying loans and receivables, and restoring material damage caused
• Drafting of lawsuits, complaints and other legal documents related to the Bank's activities in accordance with the requirements of the RA legislation
•  Representing and protecting the Bank's legal rights and interests in the RA courts, law enforcement bodies, other state bodies and in relations with third parties
•      Providing legal advice to the Bank's employees and customers on issues related to the Bank's activities, drafting written conclusions and proposals
•      Studying, summarizing, analyzing and drafting conclusions and references on the results of examining the Bank's judicial cases, credit, deposit and other case
•      Performing other functions defined by the Bank's internal acts for the performance of the tasks of the Legal Department.
