Responsible duty-operator at Customer support center /night-shift/
• Answering the customers calls
• Receiving and processing callback requests through the Bank's website, responding to messages sent to the Bank's website, Facebook, and Instagram pages
• Providing information to customers regarding the services and products offered by the Bank and implementation of sales
• Compilation of proposals aimed at improvement of customer service and service provision and submission to the Head of Division
• Observing suspicious transactions generated by “Fraud-monitoring” subsystem of “SmartVista” system
• Participation to other activities of the Division
