Responsibilities

• Answering the customers calls
• Receiving and processing callback requests through the Bank's website, responding to messages sent to the Bank's website, Facebook, and Instagram pages
• Providing information to customers regarding the services and products offered by the Bank and implementation of sales
• Compilation of proposals on tariff and interest rate policy of the Bank’s products and services and submission to the Head of Division
• Participation to other activities of the Division

Higher education   

Necessary Work Experience

Work experience in the banking sector will be considered an advantage

Good knowledge of MS Office software

Armenian- excellent, English and Russian- good
